Manage most of your everyday operations right from your smartphone or tablet and avoid time-consuming trips to your branch. It's so much easier! Right now you can:
• Check out the balance and history of your current and savings accounts.
• Transfer money in euro (SEPA)
• Pay for purchases in some stores and online without having to use your debit card using the Payconiq feature.
• Pay back your friends and colleagues instantly with the Bancontact feature
• Increase your debit card limit or order a new one
Make sure you have your ING card reader and ING debit card at hand before downloading the app. The app installs in just 2 minutes. Maybe you don’t have a card reader? Order one now at ing.be/cardreader
Once the app is installed and your profile created, you can access it using a 5-digit code. For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes without any activity. So your accounts are safe!
